XTERRA Footwear is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may return it in new condition to XTERRA Footwear within 30 days for an exchange or a refund. We will pay for return shipping, and shipping to you for your exchange.
You may return XTERRA footwear in new unworn condition only. Please ship your return to us using the same packing box your received from us, but please do not return product with the white XTERRA box as the external shipping box.
To return your XTERRA Footwear purchase, please do the following:
Contact one of our customer service representatives by clicking here or by calling (877) 772-7192 to obtain a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number;
We will e-mail you a prepaid UPS shipping label (we pay the shipping costs)
Place this label on the outside of the sealed box in which your return is packed; and then once we receive, process and approve your return, your refund will be processed.
