Please ship your return to us using the same packing box your received from us, but please do not return product with the white XTERRA box as the external shipping box.
To return your XTERRA Footwear purchase, please do the following:
Contact one of our customer service representatives by clicking here or by calling (877) 772-7192 to obtain a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number;
We will e-mail you a prepaid UPS shipping label (we pay the shipping costs)
Place this label on the outside of the sealed box in which your return is packed; and then once we receive, process and approve your return, your refund will be processed.
